My role was to design this journey from the ground up, starting with user interviews, synthesizing needs into flows, and validating through iterative testing. The beneficiary experience was later optimized for automation via API-driven workflows.
This user journey maps out the end-to-end experience of Debbie, an Accounts Payable Clerk, using a redesigned dashboard and payments workflow.
It highlights the critical tasks she completes, like reviewing insights, managing payments, and adding beneficiaries.
